Solving problems at speed

An agile world

As online and mobile development grows increasingly Agile, user experience designers must adapt their skills to be faster, more flexible and more collaborative.

Working together

Lean UX has been the response to the changing landscape. Our course is a deep dive into three key areas of this new approach: customer validation, problem-solving at speed and collaborative design sprints.

Hands-on

This is a hands-on course, and we’ll be taking the principles of Lean UX to heart. We’ll interview real customers of one of Belfast’s most recognised brands. We’ll conduct fieldwork in Belfast city centre. And we’ll bring all our research, ideas and designs together during design sprints with small problem-focused teams.
